Tequila bottle found in car after early morning DUI crash: Foster City PD

(KRON) — One person is in custody after an early morning collision involving an SUV driver at Edgewater Park, said the Foster City Police Department.

Foster City PD said its officers determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Police released vehicle images from the scene, which shows the damage caused by the crash and a bottle of tequila resting on a car seat.

Police said the driver was booked into county jail.

Foster City police did not disclose the exact time and location of the incident.
