Police say the crash unfolded just after 3 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of North Central Avenue, in Austin.
According to police, the two officers were headed to a call in a marked squad car when they lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll over in the middle of the road.
Officials say a female officer in the squad car suffered a leg injury and was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
A second male officer suffered a hand injury and was taken to the hospital in good condition.
Amid the rollover, a bicyclist on the nearby sidewalk was struck by debris from the crash. He was later taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
It is unclear what caused the officers to lose control of the car and an investigation into the crash is underway.
