Kloesel shared how Bertand was a part-time city employee as well as a full time staff member at Rene Rost Middle School, where she was beloved by students and faculty.
“Justine was an immediate friend to anyone and everyone from the first moment she met them. She always had a smile on her face, she loved her family and friends with all her heart.” Kloesel said in the Facebook post.
Kloesel continued to wish safety for everyone this upcoming holiday and summer season. He also stated that Bertand’s family and friends will remain in the community’s thoughts and prayers.
