(BCN) — A residential blaze in Santa Rosa displaced four people and caused over $100,000 worth of damage Wednesday morning, according to fire officials.
Around 10:15 a.m., crews were alerted to a structure fire in the 1000 block of Boyd Street. They arrived to find smoke coming from a single-story residence that had been converted into multiple living units.
Crews said all occupants had gotten out of the structure when they arrived.
The fire was contained in about 15 minutes and was limited to the unit where it started. Four occupants were displaced.
Damage to the residence was estimated at $120,000, according to fire officials.
