By rssfeeds-admin HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — The city of Owensboro is looking for developers to present ideas for the rehabilitation of the Colonel House Motel.
As previously reported, the Colonel House Motel building on Triplett Street was acquired by the city late last year.
The city has launched a portal to search for a “qualified development team” to either rehabilitate the current building or demolish it for the purpose of constructing new affordable housing units.
According to the portal, the deadline for submissions is on June 6.
