At 5:30 p.m., AEP Texas showed more than 3,500 customers without power, mostly in northwest Abilene. While the map indicates that power is expected to be restored by 7:30 p.m., Luke Roberson with AEP Texas has confirmed that power was restored as of 6:10 p.m. Sunday.
