1 hospitalized after falling 30 feet at Zion National Park
ZION NATIONAL PARK, Utah (ABC4) — One person was hospitalized after falling around 30 feet at Zion National Park’s Pine Creek drainage area on Sunday, according to Hurricane Valley Fire & Rescue.

At around 7 p.m. on April 13, Hurricane Valley Fire & Rescue responded to help Zion National Park personnel with a rescue operation. It was reported that an individual had fallen around 30 feet in the Pine Creek drainage area.

Rescue crews arrived at the scene and were able to safely transport the individual down to an ambulance. The person was then taken to St. George Regional Hospital for further evaluation and treatment.

The individual reportedly suffered multiple injuries in the fall. Details regarding their injuries have not been released at this time.
