Man killed, another injured in Jackson shooting

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – One man was killed and another was injured during a shooting in Jackson.

The shooting occurred in the 100 block of Meadow Lane on Sunday, March 30.

Detective Tommie Brown, with the Jackson Police Department (JPD), said a 26-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene. A 24-year-old man is being treated at a local hospital.
