Job fair for future teachers to be held at NSU

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — A job fair for future teachers will be held in early March at a university in Northwest Louisiana.

Northwestern State University’s annual Teacher Job Fair will be held on March 6 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Friedman Student Union Ballroom.

All NSU students who plan to attend should upload their resumes in advance, and the Office of Counseling and Career Services are available by appointment for those who need help with their resumes.

School districts that will be present at the job fair include those in St. Landry, DeSoto, East Baton Rouge, Concordia, LaSalle, Rapides, St. Martin, Ouachita, Caddo, Winn, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Bossier, Sabine, Jeff Davis, Natchitoches, Caldwell, Tangipahoa parishes, Linwood Public Charter School, Charter Schools USA, Save the Children and the Cleveland (Texas) ISD.
