Crime Reports: Suspect accused of getting fake ID, opening account in Abilene victim’s name
Editor’s Note: The Abilene Police Department supplied the following arrest and incident reports. All information below comes from reports made by responding officers, and all suspects are considered not guilty unless determined otherwise in a court of law.

Incidents

6300 block of Live Oak Trail – Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information
A known suspect is accused of using a victim’s identifying information to obtain an ID card and open a bank account in order to write fraudulent checks.

800 block of Graham Street – Burglary of Habitation

2400 block of S 25th Street – Assault Family Violence
A victim reported her husband assaulted her during an argument, causing visible injuries.

600 block of Westwood Drive – Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information
Police took a report for identity theft.

1700 block of Burger Street – Injury to Child/Elderly/Disabled
An arrest was made for assault family violence.

700 block of E Industrial Boulevard – Theft of Property
A Playstation was reported stolen.
