New Orleans police searching for 0 boat store theft suspect
NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is hoping to identify and arrest a suspect who is accused of stealing $930 in merchandise from a West Marine in Lakeview. The case is the latest one to roll on the Wheel of Justice.

According to police, the theft happened on Friday, Oct. 3, at the West Marine in the 800 block of Harrison Avenue. Police also released security camera footage of the suspect.

In the video, the suspect is seen walking with a purse while holding at least one of the store’s items in her hands. Police say the woman allegedly hid $930 worth of items inside her purse and walked out the door without paying. They did not release specific information on what items were allegedly taken.
