NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Two people are dead following a shooting in New Orleans East Saturday, Oct. 4.
According to the New Orleans Police Department, police received a call around 7:30 a.m. of a person down in the 7200 block of Cannonbury Drive. Upon arrival, officers found a 26-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man with gunshot wounds.
EMS declared them both dead on the scene. No further information is available.
