DNR Looking For Volunteers

The Indiana Department of Natural Resources has created a volunteer program to keep public access sites well-maintained throughout the summer.

The DNR’s Adopt-A-Ramp program is looking for volunteers to help maintain the boat ramps and water access points.

The access sites are used by those looking to fish or go boating, but they need the community’s help to keep them in proper order.

Volunteers can work as families, groups or individuals to collect trash, maintain plants and check for issues at the various access sites.
