Shenandoah man faces 25-50 years for child sexual abuse material conviction

SHENANDOAH – A Shenandoah man convicted of possessing more than 400 files of child sexual abuse material will spent decades behind bars.

Antony Cuff, 47, was convicted by a Schuylkill County jury on 17 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material and one count of criminal use of a communications facility.

“Exploited and abused children are revictimized every time these types of files are downloaded, viewed, or shared online,” Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday said. “This prison sentence reflects the seriousness of the conduct, and is another result of our Child Predator Section’s commitment to tracking down offenders.”

Authorities raided his east end home early last year.

The Office of Attorney General’s Child Predator Section say they discovered that Cuff used a neighbor’s internet connection to upload and access files of child sexual abuse material through Bing.

The search of his East Oak Street home also uncovered a doll commonly owned by sex offenders in Cuff’s bedroom.
