His remit includes applications, cybersecurity, data and analytics, digital innovation, infrastructure and business systems, with a focus on strengthening Diversified’s digital and data foundation to improve efficiency and drive commercial value.

Tripathi brings more than 30 years of enterprise transformation experience. He was CIO of C1 (formerly ConvergeOne) and previously CTO and then global CIO at Ascendion (formerly Collabera), where he led modernization efforts and embedded generative AI into core platforms. He also spent more than seven years at KPMG advising Fortune 500 leaders and private equity sponsors on IT strategy, M&A integration and digital transformation.
He received a Top 100 Technology Professionals OnCon Icon Award in 2025.
