RH Outlet opened a 50,700 sq. ft. building at Ikea Drive Plaza in Paramus. The retailer relocated from its old spot in town to 200 Ikea Drive. The plaza sits where Route 4, Route 17, and the Garden State Parkway meet. This intersection ranks as one of the busiest shopping zones in America, according to the Daily Voice.

Levin Management Corporation handles leasing and operations at the plaza. They announced the opening on Monday, April 27. Shoppers can browse furniture, lighting, textiles, décor, and outdoor pieces. Prices run lower than standard RH locations.

The building stands alone, giving customers quick entry from three highways. IKEA occupies the same plaza, which makes this a destination for anyone furnishing a home in northern New Jersey.

Paramus attracts retailers because of its highway connections and dense population. Blue laws ban most Sunday sales here, so shopping happens on the other six days.

RH stayed in Paramus but chose a bigger space. The company wanted a standalone structure instead of its previous address.
