Illinois interstate sign collapse causes major delays on IL-64

A semi truck trailer failed to lower its truck bed, causing it to strike and knock down a giant interstate sign on IL-64, blocking traffic until the Illinois Department of Transportation cleared the scene and reopened all lanes.
