Beloit man convicted of murder for shooting friend in the face during ‘one-man rampage’

Dennis Banks, 32, was found guilty of first-degree intentional homicide after shooting and killing a man who was trying to protect a woman from Banks’ gun, and faces a sentence of life in prison.
