The framework uses a hybrid model that combines agentic AI with deterministic logic. This approach is intended to reduce onboarding time and maintenance while allowing automation to handle unplanned user interface (UI) changes autonomously on real devices.
“With the Agentic SDK, we are redefining how testing and monitoring are designed, combining agentic AI and deterministic logic in a single governed framework,” said Mathieu Planche, Witbe CEO. “This marks a structural shift for our industry and for how video services will be tested and operated going forward.”
The SDK is designed to handle the complexity of video services as they expand across hundreds of applications, operating systems, and markets. By anchoring AI flexibility with deterministic logic, the system aims to provide repeatable results and measurable KPIs while reducing the manual intervention usually required to maintain test scripts.
The platform offers three paths to automation:
The Agentic SDK integrates with Witbe’s existing real-device infrastructure, allowing it to run on Smart TVs, set-top boxes, mobile devices and browsers.
The software is available immediately as part of Witbe Suite version 41. It is compatible with all existing Witbox deployments and requires only AI token provisioning to begin use.
