A cybersecurity incident at Gulshan Management Services, Inc., a gas station operator based in Sugar Land, Texas, has compromised the personal information of over 377,000 customers.

The breach, discovered on September 27, 2025, exposed sensitive data over 10 days from September 17 to September 27, 2025.

Breach Details

The incident involved a hacking breach of an external system that affected 377,082 individuals across multiple states, including 54 residents of Maine.

Gulshan Management Services operates gas stations and related facilities, making customer transaction data a potential target for cybercriminals.

According to the breach notification submitted to the Maine Attorney General’s Office, unauthorized actors gained access to systems containing personal identifiers.

While the specific types of compromised information were not fully detailed in the initial filing, the breach notification indicates that names and other personal identifiers were acquired alongside additional sensitive data.

Gulshan Management Services discovered the security incident on September 27, 2025, and initiated its breach response protocol.

The company engaged legal counsel from Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP to manage the disclosure process and ensure compliance with state notification requirements.

Affected customers were notified in writing on January 5, 2026, approximately three months after the breach was discovered.

The company is offering 12 months of complimentary identity protection services through Kroll Identity Monitoring Services to all impacted individuals.

The identity theft protection package includes credit monitoring, fraud consultation, and identity theft restoration services.

These services are designed to help affected customers monitor their credit reports for suspicious activity and receive professional assistance if they become victims of identity theft.

Customers who received notification letters are encouraged to activate their Kroll services immediately and remain vigilant for signs of identity theft or fraud.

This includes monitoring financial accounts, credit reports, and being cautious of phishing attempts that may reference this breach.
