It’s time for Minnesotans to receive their preliminary property tax notifications — an early sign of how much more they’ll be paying next year.
Anyone who has already received theirs will notice that their property taxes are going up; how much just depends on where you live.

Note: These are preliminary maximum rates, meaning they could go down but not up. The finalized rates for 2026 have to be set by late December.
