Vantive donates to support Mountain Home STEM programs

The Science and Technology Group and the Bomb Squad Robotics Team at Mountain Home High School have received a donation from Vantive, a longtime local partner. The amount was not disclosed.
Robby Hill, site director of Vantive’s Mountain Home facility, presented the check, which will fund hands-on learning in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The donation will support materials, competition travel, and outreach events aimed at encouraging students to pursue STEM careers.

“We are deeply grateful to Vantive for their continued support,” said J.R. Bergenstock, faculty sponsor of FRC Team 16 Bomb Squad. “Their generosity helps our students explore real-world applications of technology and innovation, making a lasting impact on our program.”

Vantive has partnered with the Bomb Squad since the team’s founding in 1996, providing mentorship from engineers as well as guidance in leadership, teamwork, and life skills.

“We’re proud to support programs that give local students hands-on experience and prepare them for future careers right here in Arkansas,” Hill said.

The partnership highlights the community’s commitment to preparing students for success in an increasingly technology-driven world.
