Suspect accused of shooting man at Abilene hookah lounge arrested
Jorrian Moses was taken into custody for Aggravated Assault in connection to the shooting that happened outside Bravo Hookah Lounge June 1.
Court documents state Moses was caught on surveillance video confronting the victim and punching him before firing a shot, which struck the victim in the shoulder.
30-to-40 patrons were in the area when Moses opened fire, according to the documents.
Moses was then seen on surveillance video fleeting the scene of the shooting.
He was released from the Taylor County Jail after posting a $100,000 bond.
