4 people shot in Lakeview overnight, according to Chicago police

CHICAGO — Four people were shot overnight in Lakeview on the city’s North Side, according to Chicago police.

Police say the four victims were outside in the 3400 block of North Clark Street around 1:45 a.m. Sunday when an unidentified offender got out of a white pickup truck and fired gunshots before fleeing the scene northbound.

According to police, a 29-year-old man and a 28-year-old man were each shot in the arm, a 29-year-old woman was shot in the leg and a 25-year-old man was shot in the shoulder. All four were taken to area hospitals and listed in fair condition.

Nobody is in custody, police say, and area detectives are investigating.
