ALABAMA (WHNT) — The Alabama High School Athletic Association State Volleyball tournament starts Monday.

Several of our North Alabama teams are heading to Hoover in hopes of coming home with a blue map.

Here’s a list of all the North Alabama schools competing this week:

2A

Mars Hill Bible School Panthers

The Panthers will take the court for the first round of the state tournament on Wednesday against Tuscaloosa Academy at 10:30 a.m.

3A

Elkmont Red Devils

The Red Devils will take the court on Tuesday against Mobile Christian at 9 a.m. This is the Red Devils’ first state tournament appearance since 2007.

Lauderdale County Tigers

The Tigers will take the court on Tuesday against Northside Methodist Academy at 9 a.m.

4A

Madison County Tigers

The Tigers will take the court on Wednesday against Pratville Christian at 12 p.m.

West Morgan Rebels

The Rebels will take the court on Wednesday against Orange Beach at 12 p.m.

5A

Arab Knights

The Knights will take the court on Tuesday against Briarwood at 2 p.m.

Boaz Pirates

The Pirates will take the court on Tuesday against UMS-Wright Prep at 2 p.m.

Brewer Patriots

The Patriots will take the court on Tuesday against Montgomery Catholic at 2 p.m.

Guntersville Wildcats

The Wildcats will take the court on Tuesday against Faith Academy at 2 p.m.

Hartselle Tigers

The Tigers will take the court on Tuesday against Spain Park at 1:30 p.m.

Hazel Green Trojans

The Trohans will take the court on Tuesday against Northridge at 1:30 p.m.

Austin Black Bears

The Black Bears will take the court on Wednesday against St. Paul’s Episcopal at 9 a.m.

Bob Jones Patriots

The Patriots will take the court on Wednesday against McGill-Toolen at 9 a.m.
