West Virginia assessor that is accused of embezzling thousands arrested again, allegedly contacted state witnesses

MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va. (WTRF) — Eric Buzzard, Marshall County Assessor accused of embezzling tens of thousands of dollars, has been taken into custody.

Special Prosecuting Attorney, Shawn Turak, confirmed to 7News Buzzard will be held without bond until further notice of the court.

The State has moved to revoke bond Friday for allegedly having contact with State witnesses.
