Man caught exposing himself in Concord apartment complex faces multiple charges
Concord police arrested a man they say was exposing himself in a private apartment complex.
Alexis Martinez, 41, was charged with one count of felony burglary and one count each of criminal trespass, indecent exposure/gross lewdness and theft by unauthorized taking, all misdemeanors.
Police were called to 303 Sheep Davis Road on March 17 at 9:35 a.m. for a report of a man who was seen exposing himself. Police found the man “unclothed” inside an unlocked apartment.
Officers contacted the apartment owner and confirmed that Martinez had no permission to be there.
“Officers on scene announced themselves and requested the suspect exit the apartment,” police said. “After no response from the suspect, K-9 Charlie was brought to the door and Police K-9 announcements were made. The suspect made themselves known at that time and complied with the commands.”
Martinez was arrested without any officers entering the apartment.
