Perfect fall weather across the south; Tracking better rain chances

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL)- Happy Wednesday! It has been a gorgeous day after a cold front passed through the south.

Thursday and Friday: Get ready for another round of 40s tomorrow morning. Afternoon readings will be pleasant again, struggling to get out of the 70s. Plus, we have plenty of sunshine in the forecast.

Weekend: While the beginning of the weekend is going to start dry, we are tracking a cold front Sunday. Get ready for mostly cloudy skies by Sunday and right now, the rain chances are still in the forecast. Temperatures will sit tin the mid 70s.

Next Week: Isolated showers and storms are possible Monday as the front passes. Once it clears by Tuesday, we will dry back out for the middle of the week. Afternoon highs will start to cool off into the 60s by Wednesday.
