More clouds this weekend and tracking rain in the forecast

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL)- We have beautiful Friday Night Football weather! Temperatures will cool off into the upper 70s by kickoff, and there is no rain in sight. Plus, we will keep this slight breeze for the rest of the evening.

The Weekend: Clouds will keep building tonight, giving us mostly cloudy skies for Saturday. Highs will still sit in the lower 80s.

Starting Sunday, we are tracking rain chances returning. Isolated showers and storms will be possible that afternoon.

Next Week: Rain chances back of slightly for the start of next week, but stray showers will linger. Temperatures will warm into the upper 80s, with lows in the upper 60s.

At the end of the week, we are watching a cold front sweep through the southeast. This will bring a possibility of showers on Thursday and cooler readings next weekend.
