SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Shreveport Symphony Orchestra will present this year’s “Spooky Symphony” in partnership with the Shreveport Regional Arts Council (SRAC).

The free event is a family-friendly celebration of art, music, and all things Halloween. Highlights include a Costume Parade, Trunk or Treat, art activities with an art market, face painting, and food trucks.

The Lions Club Trunk or Treat will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The Shreveport Symphony Orchestra will perform at 2 p.m., and guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets.

The event is free and open to the public. It will take place on Sunday, October 19, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Caddo Common Park, 869 Texas Ave. in Shreveport. Wear your best costumes and join the community for a day of music and Halloween fun!
