ST. JAMES PARISH, La. (WGNO) — A dead body was found in a St. James Parish canal Saturday, Oct. 4.
According to the St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded around 11:30 a.m. to a report of a body found in a canal near Highway 3125 in Convent. They found a dead man with no shirt, wearing blue jeans. His body was recovered by boat.
