Man dead after shooting on Plank Road, Baton Rouge police say
BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating a deadly shooting that happened early Saturday morning.
According to police, Dwayne Williams, 41, was shot and taken to the hospital around 1:50 a.m. in the 5400 block of Plank Road, but he later died from his injuries.
BRPD has not yet released information about a possible suspect or motive.
