Argument leads to shooting on CTA bus on West Side
According to Chicago police, the incident unfolded just before 8 p.m. Wednesday, on a CTA bus in the 4200 block of West Madison Street, in West Garfield Park.
Officers say the victim, a male whose age is unknown, was on the bus when he got into an argument with an unknown individual.
Amid the argument, officers say the unknown suspect then pulled out a gun and fired shots at the victim.
The victim suffered a graze wound to his eye and was later taken to the hospital, where he was listed in good condition.
Officers say no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting and it remains unclear what led up to the argument.
