Bizarre yard display leaves residents stunned and searching for answers
HOUSTON (KIAH) – A front yard in a densely populated Hispanic neighborhood is drawing attention and raising eyebrows after residents noticed an unsettling display. In the yard are two life-sized mannequins wearing red caps and face masks. The mannequins hang from a wooden frame by a rope, and a third mannequin dressed in a poncho and straw hat stands next to them and over a fourth mannequin lying on the ground, tied up. This scene is all set next to two coffins near a Mexican flag. All surrounded by a barbed wire fence with a no trespassing sign.

The display, set up in a quiet street in the second ward, has quickly become a topic of conversation for residents who drive by. One man we spoke to off-camera mentioned that the display has received mixed reactions. CW39 saw some people stop and stare as they drove by the home.
