The exhibit will be displayed on the second-floor rotunda of the State Capitol through October.
Kirk, Turning Point USA founder and conservative activist, was shot and killed on Sept. 10 while speaking at Utah Valley University, officials said.
“In America, we debate with words, not bullets,” Secretary of State Cole Jester said. “This exhibit is about ensuring the message of someone who was assassinated is not silenced, but instead is shared louder than ever before.”
Officials invited Arkansans to visit the memorial, pay their respects and learn more about Kirk’s mission.
