– An investigation has led to the arrest of a Jennings man in connection with a house fire that endangered two adults, Louisiana State Fire Marshal said.
Jamaric Ralpheal Alexander, 42, was arrested and charged with for aggravated arson earlier today, fire officials said.
On Monday morning, fire officials responded to a residential fire in the 700 block of Garage Alley in Jennings. At the time of the fire, a man and a woman were inside the home and both escaped unharmed, firefighters reported.
During the investigation, it was determined the fire was allegedly intentionally set and Alexander was identified as a suspect, fire officials said.
