According to authorities, Rock County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a disturbance at the Rockvale Mobile Home Park around 10:36 p.m. on Monday, September 15th.
Investigators said Fischer had been involved in a “physical disturbance” with his roommate.
SWAT teams from Rock County and Beloit, along with the Beloit Fire Department, Town of Beloit Fire Department, and Town of Beloit Police Department were called to the scene over the next several hours, as Fischer reportedly refused to leave the residence.
He was ultimately persuaded to exit and was taken into custody.
Fischer is facing charges of substantial battery with a domestic violence enhancer, disorderly conduct with a domestic violence enhancer, failure to comply with police, and threats to law enforcement.
He will return to court on September 17th, 2025.
