Narcotics trafficking investigation leads to SWAT raid arrest of Beloit man

BELOIT, Wis. (WTVO) — In a SWAT raid Wednesday morning, the Rock County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dentrez Richardson, 33, as the result of an investigation into narcotics trafficking.

According to police, the SWAT Team executed a warrant in the 2000 block of Linway Drive around 8:50 a.m. on February 12th.

The Beloit Police Department and Town of Beloit Fire Department assisted in the operation, the culmination of work by the Rock County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit.

Richardson was arrested and faces charges of Maintaining a Residence for Drug Trafficking, Neglecting a Child, and Possession with Intent to Deliver THC.

He was booked into the Rock County Jail.
