Man hurt in Prince George’s County shooting, investigation underway

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) is investigating a Thursday shooting that left one man hurt.

Police say officers responded to reports of shots fired at 6:40 p.m. in the area of Flag Harbor Drive and Addison Road South.

There, a man was found suffering from a gunshot wound and was transported to the hospital for treatment.

The incident remains under investigation.
