The Highway 14 Bridge over West Sugarloaf Creek, just west of Lead Hill, has been reduced to one lane to allow emergency repairs, the Arkansas Department of Transportation said.
The westbound lane will remain closed through 5 on Tuesday, Sept. 16. A temporary traffic signal is in place to direct alternating, one-way traffic across the bridge.
The closure follows a routine inspection in which crews identified an issue requiring immediate repair, according to ArDOT.
