Police arrest man accused of shooting, killing 1 at intersection in Baton Rouge
Jeremieah Davis, 19, was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on charges of second-degree murder and illegal use of a weapon after turning himself in.
Police arrested two other suspects, Keithan Lee and Albert Boatner, both 19, in connection with a shooting that killed Jonathan Triplett, 18, on April 26 in the 2400 block of North 38th Street. Triplett was shot while he was in a car at a red light at an intersection.
Lee was booked into jail after turning himself in after his photo appeared on “On Patrol: Live,” a reality TV series following law enforcement.
Court records show that Lee and Boatner were indicted on charges of second-degree murder and illegal use of weapons by a grand jury on Sept. 3.
