Teen arrested in connection with deadly shooting in Baton Rouge
BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A 16-year-old male was arrested and charged with principal to second-degree murder in connection with a deadly shooting.
According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, the teen was arrested for his involvement in the shooting death of Victor Lapharohs.
Lapharohs, 22, was found shot to death in a parking lot in the 9900 block of Avenue J on June 30.
BRPD said the teenager was booked into the East Baton Rouge Juvenile Detention Center.
The investigation remains ongoing.
