Former Hudson teacher accused of inappropriate relationship with child also accused of sexually assaulting teen she nannied

A former Hudson teacher who was accused of an inappropriate relationship with a child is now facing additional charges in Washington County.

Abigail Michelle Faust, 24, faces one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct in Washington County. In St. Croix County, Wisconsin, she faces counts of failure to protect a child, causing mental harm to a child, child enticement and sexual misconduct by school staff.

According to the new criminal complaint, authorities were called to a home in May Township on a report of criminal sexual conduct. The victim told authorities that Faust started a sexual relationship with him when he was 15.

Faust would send the teen provocative messages and photos, the teen told law enforcement.

The victim also shared several times in which Faust sexually assaulted him, court documents state.

Faust, at times, told the victim that she felt “grossed out” at herself and acknowledged that her behavior was inappropriate, but didn’t stop.

Court documents also state that Faust assaulted one of the victim’s friends while the family was on vacation.

The victim’s parents learned that Faust had been accused of other sexual misconduct crimes in St. Croix County. A short time later, they learned from the parents of one of the victim’s friends that Faust had been assaulting the victim.
