Pedestrian injured in intentional hit-and-run in Oakland, police say
The collision occurred on Friday just after 7 p.m. in the area of First Avenue and International Boulevard. Investigators said the pedestrian was involved in an argument before being hit by the vehicle, and that the crash appeared to be intentional.
The pedestrian was rushed to an area hospital. They were last listed in critical but stable condition, authorities said Tuesday.
The driver of the involved vehicle fled the scene after hitting the pedestrian. No description of the suspect or vehicle was released.
