BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Rotolo’s Craft & Crust, a company that started in Baton Rouge in the 1990s, announced plans to open several new locations across the U.S.
New locations are opening in four states.
- Breckenridge, Colorado
- Mansfield, Texas
- Willow Park, Texas
- Mont Belvieu, Texas
- Lakeland, Tennessee
- Conway, Arkansas
The restaurant is known for its specialty craft, classic and Chicago deep-dish pizzas. Other items on the menu include Detroit-style pizza, chicken wings, burgers, pasta dishes, salads, soups and cheesesticks.
Founder Mitch Rotolo opened the first location in Baton Rouge near LSU. The company has expanded to over 10 locations in Louisiana.
