IBC: CAMB.AI To Launch Live Multilingual Translation For News

CAMB.AI, a start-up building a global content localization infrastructure driven by AI-powered multilingual translation, says it will be attending IBC 2025, (RAI Amsterdam, Sept. 12-15) at Booth 5H49. Leading into the Amsterdam conference, it has launched a real-time, multilingual translation product for live news broadcasts.

CAMB.AI for News “expands the company’s capabilities, providing news outlets the ability to make live news accessible to all, regardless of language/country of origin.”

Akshat Prakash, CAMB.AI CTO, says: “A more informed and educated population is essential, and by making news and journalism accessible to anyone, we are setting the stage for AI to be a net positive when it comes to trusted journalism – benefitting not only broadcasters looking for a cost-effective way to extend their reach, but every person on the planet.”

IBC attendees can experience CAMB.AI demonstrations across use cases including:

  • Live News
  • Live Sports
  • Live Entertainment
  • On Demand Video and Audio Content
  • In-Car Media

Prakash adds: “Localization of content in each market’s language is not simply about taking a piece of content and translating it — but rather tying it into the very core infrastructure used to access content, information and the internet. Whether you are a broadcaster, sports

organization, or news operator, you must think about localization as a feature to be built directly into your content workflow, so you can be able to unlock a multi-lingual world with countless possibilities.”
