TWELVE MILE, Ind. — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 17-year-old girl in Cass County.
According to the Cass County Sheriff’s Department, Lydia Barconia was last seen on Thursday morning at approximately 6:30 a.m. near Twelve Mile. She may be on foot or may have entered a vehicle, according to police.
Lyrdia is described as being 5’1″ tall and weighing 110 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing black pants, a white jacket, and a blue backpack.

The sheriff’s department said there is concern for her safety and well-being.
A statewide Silver Alert was issued on Thursday evening.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the sheriff’s department at (574) 722-6060 or dial 911 if her location is spotted.
