As officers treated the victim, a Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office Deputy spotted a Ford F-150 matching witnesses’ description of the truck used in the shooting. The deputy followed the truck until officers arrived and attempted to pull the truck over.

Detectives investigating the shooting suspect that the victim had just returned home and was getting out of his car when Tangi shot him several times.
