By rssfeeds-admin AUSTIN (KXAN) — A fatal crash shut down the Interstate 35 southbound frontage road at Slaughter Lane Monday night, according to the Austin Police Department.
APD said the crash happened near the 9900 block of South Interstate 35 Service Road.
TxDOT posted the traffic alert on X at 9:45 p.m. The post said, “The southbound I-35 frontage road at Slaughter Lane, all lanes are due to a crash.
Austin police said drivers should re-route to avoid delays. “Please avoid the area.”
