Charging documents state that the 32-year-old was a band and choir teacher at DeLaSalle High School when the assaults took place.
Felton initially messaged the victim on social media but they eventually turned sexual, according to court documents. They add that he drove the victim home after a concert one time and touched her in “a sexual manner,” and similar incidents took place in the following months.
Felton left the school in the summer of 2022. DeLaSalle says it wasn’t aware of the conduct at any point when Felton or the victim were at the school.
